Customer satisfaction
We help our customers achieve their sustainability targets
Orthex serves various retail customers, such as traditional convenience stores, specialty and hardware retailers, online stores, and department stores. Consumers – the customers of our customers – are another important stakeholder group to us. We believe that satisfied customers will lead to a healthy and growing business.
We work hard to meet or exceed the expectations of our customers and consumers. We seek to be the preferred value-creating partner to our customers and successful in-store concepts are one example of adding value.
As we increase the share of recycled and renewable raw materials in production and reduce our relative emissions, we can further support our customers in achieving their own sustainability targets.
We actively participate in the sustainability work of our customers and provide them with data which they can use in their calculations and target setting.
We measure customer satisfaction with a survey every second year. The latest survey was conducted in 2025 when we improved our customer satisfaction rate to 4.15 (2023:4.08), on a scale from 1 to 5. Our customers were extremely pleased with their key account managers at Orthex and rated their activity and help with an excellent score of 4.4 (2023: 4.5).
