The GastroMax bundt pan is great for baking cakes with an even, moist texture. Its round shape, fluted design, and central tube ensure even heat distribution throughout. The pan is made of tinplate. Grease the pan before use and use plastic or wooden kitchen utensils. After cleaning, dry the pan thoroughly. Hand wash only. The pan is heat-resistant up to 230 °C.
