The GastroMax loaf pan is a rectangular baking pan for making breads and other baked goods. It can also be used for freezing ice cream, making meatloaf, or baking gratins. Made of tinplate, the pan features a waffle-textured bottom for easy food release. Grease the pan before use and use plastic or wooden kitchen utensils. After cleaning, dry the pan thoroughly. Hand wash only. The pan is heat-resistant up to 230 °C.
