The GastroMax meat thermometer is easy to use. Simply insert it into the thickest part of the meat and leave in place while cooking to continuously monitor the temperature. It measures temperatures from 0 to 120 °C and is made from durable stainless steel, the thermometer is oven-safe up to 250 °C. Hand wash only.
